Other pictures on this wall show paintings by artists who have become known beyond the region. For example, the broad Neckar front of the town by Arthur Grimm (1881-1948), who was born in Mudau and founded a painters' colony in Hollerbach near Buchen together with Wilhelm Guntermann (1887 - 1976). Their painting style was still influenced by Impressionism. Grimm designed his Eberbach view of 1937 from several zones arranged in parallel. The successive stripes of riverbank, Neckar floodplain, town front and mountains create the illusion of pictorial depth by changing the proportions of the boats, ships, people and houses added in each case.
